WELCOME TO Turlood Stables - a jointly run business by Kate Bunting and Billy Stewart.

 

Both Kate and Billy decided to form a company and trade together, now giving customers a vast amount of knowledge and experience when coming to view horses.

 

Here at Turlood Stables we pride ourselves in selling all types of horses. We supply quality horses for show jumping, dressage and eventing, but we also sell a large number of every day riding horses, to clients who want a reliable friend to enjoy. Here we also have ponies, cobs, hunters, hacks and overall most types of riding horses.

 

We import a large number of horses from Continental Europe, and Ireland and we source our horses and hand pick them ourselves as it is in our interest to import quality, sound horses fit for purpose.

 

At any time there will be a minimum of 30 horses here at Turlood Stables for sale, all horses are in work and ready to be sold.

 

Here at Turlood Stables our main objective is to provide clients with a large selection, of accurately described horses available for viewing at any time - all under one roof, saving prospective clients long hours driving around the country, only to end up viewing a wrongly described animal that is not at all fit for the purpose intended.

 

It is also important that we have a variety of horses here with different capabilities to suit the majority of riders. We like and aim to buy quality, capable horses with good temperaments and that are genuine to suit most levels of riders. The horses we have in stock often change daily so please do keep a look out on the website, or give us a ring, as we may have your perfect horse in stock but not yet listed on the website.

 

For first time buyers please do come and see us. We do not judge the level of riding you are at, and aim to provide you with the right horse that will take you further with your riding.

 

Finally, we would like to emphasise that here at Turlood Stables we do appreciate how worrying, and intimidating the experience of trying and purchasing a new horse may be, therefore, for those who are returning to riding, lacking in confidence, or simply first time buyers we will endeavour to make the process as straightforward as possible. We pride ourselves in offering an excellent after sales service, giving customers trust and confidence in their purchase. If, for any reason, you find the horse to be unsuitable, it is our policy that the horse may be returned in exchange for another horse. (Please see FAQ's and conditions of sale).
